BRAND NEW, guest suite for 1-6 people, short or long term

Stay in comfort in this spacious, NEW, quiet guest suite conveniently located by both the urban amenities and natural beauty of Maple Ridge, a suburb of Metro Vancouver, BC. Designed as an extra-large hotel suite (1200 sq ft), Forest’s Edge has a well-stocked kitchenette for small casual meals and a spacious, serene gorgeous bathroom. If you crave being active, explore some of the many trails nearby, or use the spin bike, yoga mat, etc. Need to just unwind after a long day? Pre-warm your bath towel on the heated towel rack and watch Netflix with a glass of wine. EV charger on site.

Available for short or long-term bookings. Price can be negotiated if there is only 1 guest, or for longer stays. Cleaning fee is a one-time fee for move-out cleaning unless more frequent cleaning is requested by you.

The suite is tastefully decorated with simple, modern luxuries in mind. This charming rental can sleep up to 6 guests very comfortably, as it has over 1,200 square feet of space. It is located on a private, beautifully maintained property with pollinator-friendly flower gardens, a large lawn, and meadow and forest beyond.

It has the bonus of having the additional private bedroom with a king-size bed and double closet, away from the main open space. All the suite’s windows, including the one in the bedroom, have room-darkening roller blinds.

On one side of the studio area is the main sleeping area, where there are 2 extremely comfortable queen-sized beds, a free-standing wardrobe, luggage racks, and a desk.

In the middle of the studio is the living room, with a wonderful blue velvet couch and 50″ SmartTV. Fireplace to come in the Fall. Tucked away is a spin bike and basket with small free weights, a roller, and yoga mat.

On the far side of the studio is the dining area and kitchenette. The table can seat 6 people and the kitchenette has all the supplies you might need for a casual meal:
– microwave, toaster oven, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee makers (single-cup or large pot), induction double hot plate to cook on
– glassware, dishes, utensils, serving & mixing bowls, salad spinner, cutting board, grater
– retro-style fridge with separate freezer compartment and ice cube trays

The stunning bathroom has a tile and glass shower, with massage shower heads, heated towel rack, and double vanity. The home uses a hot-water-on-demand system, so your shower is hot right away and stays that way.

The entire suite is heated with electric baseboards, with the exception of the bathroom, which is heated by the towel warmer. There is a wonderful natural coolness in the suite in the summer, but a fan is supplied too if ever needed. A vent at the top of the stairs also allows you to access the air conditioning if it is on in the rest of the home.

There is a shared washer and dryer available to you as needed; it is located in the main part of the house and access to it can be provided. I am also happy to drop off and/or pick up your laundry at the laundry service nearby. Please note that my Airbnb listing states there isn’t a washer/ dryer but for longer term professionals renting the space, I can offer access to that equipment.

Forest’s Edge is a peaceful retreat that we know you will want to return to again. My place is a Guest Favorite and has 5* star reviews only 🙂 The listed fee is based on double-occupancy, please add an additional $10 per person per night if there are more than 2 people in your group.
