Goldsteam Provincial Park, Thesis Lake Regional Park, Bear Mountian Golf Course just minutes driving away. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and no go through road. Beautiful ocean view, Mountian views and city skyline. The suite has its own yard and dedicated parking spot on the driveway. The suite has the capacity of hosting 4 persons. The additional charge of $30 per person per night after 2 persons. One cat is allowed if you bring your own beddings and towels. The one time cleaning fee will be $199, plus a pet damage deposit of $500.
