Create an account, add details about your listing, and publish your listing. Once published, millions of prospective renters will be able to view your listing.

Yes! We accept a single room and entire house etc.

This agreement would be made with either the Employer or the professional but most of the time you will be dealing with the employer.

A workspace, fully furnished, fast Internet, direct contact person, bedding & linens (2 sets preferably), secure accommodation, washing machine and cleaning service. Utilities should be included in the rent.

There are several platforms that can help you screen tenants, like Backcheck. Often, employers of these professionals already have verification docs like criminal record check etc. and you might not need to run one.

Once your listing is approved for the duration of 12 months, there are no refunds. A refund will only be made if the listing was never created.
