All listings renew automatically at the end of its term unless user opts-out prior to renewal date.

Fees
We DO NOT charge a service fee. You connect directly with professionals on our platform and get 100% of what you charge them. We charge an affordable $99.99/year for your listing.
Subletting or short stay holiday rentals
TNH doesn’t permit short stay rentals which is defined as anything less than 30 days. We also do not allow subletting or subleasing a residential space without the consent of the owner. We will need a letter and contact details from and of the owner to prove consent.

Renting from one month
At TNH, you receive booking requests for periods of at least one month. The average stay of professional renters would usually be 6 weeks.

No it is not. This site is for all professionals looking for a furnished space to rent during a work trip.
What's your refund policy?
Once your listing is approved for the duration of 12 months, there are no refunds. A refund will only be made if the listing was never created.
