Once a guest has booked your property, you will get an email notification. Login to your account dashboard and begin communication with the guest.
You can request an upfront payment directly from the guest or simply ask for another convenient means of reaching the guest, either by direct email, whatsapp or phone call.
I am trying to contact your office regarding the delay in you posting my listing, but the reply to your email to me, comes back as not deliverable as not a viable email. I paid the subscription fee 9 days ago with a continued “waiting for approval” notice. Would someone please get in contact with me and explain the problem, or cancel my subscription and refund my money.
