All listings renew automatically at the end of its term unless user opts-out prior to renewal date.

Renting from one month
At TNH, you receive booking requests for periods of at least one month. The average stay of professional renters would usually be 6 weeks.
Subletting or short stay holiday rentals
TNH doesn’t permit short stay rentals which is defined as anything less than 30 days. We also do not allow subletting or subleasing a residential space without the consent of the owner. We will need a letter and contact details from and of the owner to prove consent.
Accept/Decline Requests
The choice is yours to accept or decline whoever you want to live in your space.
Fees
We DO NOT charge a service fee. You connect directly with professionals on our platform and get 100% of what you charge them. We charge an affordable $60/year for your listing.
