Alana Haynes

I am a wife and mother of three children. I work in youth mental health at our local hospital and am part of an amazing team of healthcare workers. I love to hike and run with our two dogs in the trails behind our house and try to do as much yoga as I can. Our family loves sports and are often out participating in or cheering on each other’s various athletic passions.
