Hello, I am a single mother with a 9 year old girl. I have a fully furnished basement that includes a large bedroom with closet, living space and full bathroom. It also includes a full size fridge/ freezer and microwave but shared kitchen also included. We live in Carleton place in a single detached newly built home. I would love to look into options to rent. We are located close to the hospital in town and grocery shops.
