ISO a roommate In my house, it’s a furnished bedroom downstairs with a bathroom and a mini fridge. Shared laundry downstairs and shared kitchen upstairs. Located in East Trail by bus stops, safeway and recreation center. Looking for a female only, a student would be awesome but not required. Home is shared with a family upstairs. The rent will be $850 a month with utilities and internet included. There is a dog and cat upstairs Parking available for a vehicle and fenced in yard. A small dog might be considered. No smokers or partiers please.
