I am a retired Health Care Worker. We live near the Royal Inland Hospital (5min drive and 10min bus ride right outside our house). We love to garden and golf and would welcome a quiet person for our lovely private basement area consisting of a bedroom/bathroom/living room with shared cooking and laundry facilities upstairs in the main part of the house.
