I am a new resident/property owner in Grand Forks with a fabulous fully furnished rental suite to offer. I am a long term BC Government employee who works from home and enjoys the peaceful lifestyle Grand Forks offers. My partner Michelle and I value our privacy and peaceful setting, with two horses, a dog and two cats. The 10 acre property is on the US border with nothing but wilderness on that side, and farmland on the other 3 sides. It is rural living, but only 7 minutes to downtown amenities.
