I am a retired senior. Have a small hypoallergenic 10 year old quiet 12 lb. dog. My place is clean & quiet. I am respectful of privacy & sharing common areas like kitchen & laundry. I live in a townhouse & the room upstairs is large & there is a private bathroom. My bedroom & bathroom are downstairs.
