I am a nursing professor at the University of British Columbia and live on the property with the self-contained 1 bedroom suite with my partner and cat Our adult kids are away at university. We love this neighbourhood that is close to hiking trails, the ocean, north shore health care facilities, restaurants, nightlife of the Shipyards, and so much more.
