Hi! I am a single mama that runs a summer business at one of the lakes nearby therefore I move into my trailer in the summer months with my 10 yrs old boy, my 2 dogs and my cat! I have had this house for 5 yrs and love it but it is much more convenient to live near the lake and we enjoy living out more remotely during the warmer months. My house has 3 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms and is on the top level. There is a suite downstairs where lives a very nice and relax couple. They have been there for over 2 yrs now and they are great! Both living quarters are fully separate. Only thing shared are the drive way and the backyard,
