I am a very busy professional business owner and have lived in my home in South Surrey for 25 years. My children now have homes of their own and as I now have more space than I personally need, decided to renovate my lovely 1 bedroom basement suite and am looking to rent it out to professionals who need a safe, clean, quite space to call home while they work in the South Surrey / White Rock area. Ideally I am looking for a 1-6 month rental term. My home is in a safe neighbourhood and walking distance to Peace Arch Hospital, a few schools and the Semiahmoo Shopping Mall, and White Rock Centre as well as White Rock Beach. The bus that travels to Vancouver as well as the skytrain is only 2 blocks away. There is a beautiful park very close to my home, and there are fitness clubs, restaurants and banks within walking distance. I have a large private back yard, an extra parking spot in the driveway and a private entrance into the suite.
