I am a 51 yr old woman who has 2 darling cats. I work as a safety advisor for a construction company in Surrey. I work M-F and I teach some Saturdays. I am usually out the door by 6:30am and home around 4:30/5pm. I have a very large deck and I love gardening and just enjoying the sun. I am not much of a neat freak but also not a complete slob LOL, I tend to clean mostly on weekends but when I’ve had people staying here previously I got no complaints. The room I have for rent is a decent size and it has a bed, shelves, and I am happy to put a TV, dresser or whatever you feel you need. You have your own washroom with sink, toilet, mirror/vanity, but the only shower is in the master bath which is off the closet of the master bedroom which can be closed off by both sides of the closet and 1/2 bath. All utilities will be included and you’ll have access to both decks and the rest of the condo. Unfortunately, I only have street parking but there is also transit at the top of the street (about a 1-2 minute walk) and skytrain is about a 15 minute walk. I am close to everything yet in a very quiet neighbourhood. As long as you are good with the cats, the shared shower and a gorgeous location, I think you’ll be very happy.
