Its about 15 minutes from downtown Victoria, 8 minutes to Langford and 5 minutes to Victoria General Hospital. The property is located on a quiet stree with convenient access to the Galloping Goose trail. The suite features a private full sized kitchen, well equipped, a bathroom (located on the first level), shared laundry and spacious living area. 1 parking suite available.
