The apartment is facing a large park, with Bixi bike rentals available directly across the street, The boardwalk/bikepath along the St. Lawrence River is just a 10 minute walk. Free street parking is available throughout the year. Verdun also offers a free public beach in summer, and plenty of stores, cafes, and various restaurants along rue Wellington. In summer it is a pedestrian only street with plenty of activities available.
