Cozy One Room in Niagara Falls

Cozy 1 room on the main floor of a bungalow. The room has a queen bed and a night stand . An office desk and chair will also be available for use. Utilities and wifi are included with the space. The laundry is shared between the main floor and basement apartment. The main floor is shared between you and one other person. So, the bathroom is shared with another person. Cleaning is also provided for the space.The main floor has a reasonably stocked kitchen and a cozy dining space. you also have sole access to the family room, which has the view of the fenced backyard with a picnic bench. Guests also have access to one (1) parking space on the interlocking driveway. If an additional parking space is required, kindly communicate this with host. Guest (s) will be provided with a digital code a few days before check-in to be used at the private entrance on the main floor.
