Fully furnished rooms near Yonge subway line

There are two rooms available. The first floor room which is next to a bathroom & kitchen is fully furnished with a twin bed (has sheets), end table, desk, desk chair, dresser, upholstered chair and small bookcase. The windows looks out over back garden and yard. Both people only use shower on the first floor. The other toilets, one per floor, can be used. There is a small closet plus extra storage drawers under the bed. This room is $950.00 per month and contract is for one year. but can be less with one month’s notice.

The room on the second floor was the original master bedroom and is large for a house of this age. Two closets are available. There is a queen bed (with sheets), end table, desk, desk chair, dresser, upholstered chair, small bookcase and small mirror. The window overlooks the side of the property and next door neighbor. The toilet next to this bedroom can be used if required but all showers and daily use is the first floor bathroom ONLY. The shower in this bathroom is for my exclusive use only. This room is $1,150.00 per month with a one year contract and can be less with notice.

There are 2 fully furnished bedrooms in my home available separately for rent. Have a second kitchen that is also stocked with dishes, pot, pans, etc. to be shared with the other tenant. It has a fridge, stovetop and microwave for use. This kitchen on the main floor is used by both tenants.

Use of outdoor areas including both decks in backyard is included. Internet & utilities are also included.

There is a washer/dryer that can be used (within directions of manufacturer) in the basement. All soap, etc. is to be supplied by you. There is an area for you to store this in the basement. During warmer months, there is a clothesline outside that can be used.

You should be good with animals, especially cats, as Fergus is an indoor only feline. No other animals/pets are allowed. There is no smoking or vaping anything on the property. Illegal drugs are also not allowed. I own and live on the property for over 20 years.
