A large, comfortable private room designed for travelling professionals and longer stays. The South Room includes a **double bed, recliner, new TV, newer computer desk/workstation, office chair, large dresser with mirror, fresh linens and towels**, with plenty of space to unpack and settle in.

One of the nicest features of this room is the extra floor space — there is enough room to **stretch, do yoga, exercise, or simply enjoy having more space than a typical hotel room.**

Guests also have access to a spacious **shared lower-level living area** with comfortable seating and TV, along with a shared kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and multi-function cooking appliance.

For longer-stay guests, **shared access to the main-floor kitchen, stove and oven is available daily from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.** Guests are simply asked to clean dishes, counters and cooking areas after use.

Laundry facilities and a shared bathroom are also available.
