I am a realtor that owns a century old home located in a very desirable neighbourhood steps to one of Hamilton’s best streets to find a place to eat, drink, shop and get one’s hair done. My husband and I are empty nesters and had been looking for a multi-plex home to live in and rent for more than 20 years. When this home came available, even though it needed to be completely renovated both inside and out…we just could not pass up the opportunity to restore this very handsome home!
