My husband & I are retired and have a 4 unit, adult living complex. We have a beautiful, modern, fully equipped (including laundry)apt, ground level.,Security cameras, lots of parking. The apartment is located 5 minute drive to hospital and 10 minutes to downtown Sydney. This is a non smoking, no pet zone due to my husband having severe allergies. Our objective is to provide a quiet, comfortable atmosphere in a clean, modern home.
