Hello and thanks for checking out our listing! My partner and I moved from Toronto to Victoria in 2019 and have been renting out our lovely basement suite since 2020. We’ve had a couple long term tenants who have really enjoyed the space and with this listing, we’re excited about offering to people who are needing a comfortable place to stay for a shorter period of time. We both work 9-5 Monday through Friday and we have a young daughter who goes to daycare during the day. We’re available if you need us but also like to respect our guests’ privacy. Regardless of where you stay, we hope you enjoy your time in Victoria!
