Cozy 1 bedroom garden suite

The city of Victoria and Royal Jubilee Hospital are short walks away from this relaxed accommodation in the charming Fairfield neighbourhood. A shopping plaza, the Moss Street Market and the ocean are just a few blocks away and the grounds of Government House are across the street. The house is on a quiet street with bike lanes and on a bus route.

This is a peaceful, private, bright one-bedroom ground level basement suite which includes: a livingroom (with flat screen TV), dining area, fully equipped kitchen (e.g. pots and pans, dishes and cutlery, electric range, microwave and fridge), 3-piece bathroom and bedroom (double bed)/sitting area. The couch in the living room turns into a comfy double bed. As it is an older house (built in 1930s), the basement was not built to current standards and is low (6’4”) and there is are 2 beams that run across the ceiling so those taller than 5’8” will have to duck!

The suite is accessed in the back of the house through a gate where you enter into the stunning garden. The sunny backyard garden and patios are accessible for guest use.

Access to the suite will be through a keypad. The code will be provided and used for the duration of the stay.

Wi-Fi is included. Washer and dryer are just outside the suite and are available for use.
