Cozy Apartment in Annex

This is a private apartment located in the basement of our Victorian-style house. You will have access to the entire private apartment, which includes one large bedroom, bathroom, living area, and kitchen.

Free street parking is available from 9 am to 5 pm. To park overnight, you will need a parking permit. Instructions to obtain a parking permit are provided. Parking permit fees range from $15 to $35 for 24 hours to 7 days of parking. Additional costs for parking for more than seven days will apply.

Once you arrive, walk towards the house, and you will see some steps going downstairs. This is the entrance to the unit.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.

Located a 5-minute walk to the Christie Pits Park and Christie subway station. 5 to 10 Minutes’ walk to College St, Bloor Stand Little Italy, where you find trendy restaurants, coffee shops, art galleries and one-of-a kind shops.

3) Street car is available at Bathurst St
