Livingroom has comfortable sofa with a smart TV and floor to ceiling windows that lead out to a private, covered furnished balcony.
Stunning, dual tone kitchen features quartz countertops, high end stools, induction cooktop, pullout pantry, nespresso machine and large double sink with pullout storage underneath. Kitchen comes with essentials starter pack, dishsoap, oil, vinegar and spices. You will also be provided pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, cooking utensils, bonus small appliances (air fryer, blender, toaster).
Bedroom has a queen bed with quality mattress, comfortable linens and extra blankets/pillows. Custom storage closet (with pull out accessory drawer and pant hanging rack), black out blinds and a smart TV allowing for optimum comfort and convenience.
The bathroom has automatic under cabinet lights, deep soaker bathtub and luxurious rain shower head. Local bath essentials provided, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
This unit is located in a newer steel and concrete building and top level of building podium, nobody above you. Please note, this is not located top of the building.
Please note: There is construction nearby and there is the possibility of construction noise during your stay.

-Guest is solely responsible for pet behavior in unit and within all common areas of the building, if behavior becomes a concern pet will be boarded off site at the guests expense
-Guest must comply to all building and strata rules/regulations
