• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily. Please respect our healthcare heroes, emergency responders, corporate guests, and construction workers who sleep on irregular schedules.
• Valuables & Liability: No liability: The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Always lock windows and doors when leaving the property. Any items left behind after check-out are not the responsibility of the host.
• No Smoking / No Vaping / No pets: This is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking inside the unit or anywhere on building property is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate professional deep-cleaning fee. No pets are allowed in the unit to prevent allergies for future guests.
• No Parties / No Subletting / or Unregistered Guests: Subletting, re-renting, transferring suite possession, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The suite is registered exclusively to the guest(s) listed on the booking reservation to comply with building security and insurance policies. The host has the legal right to evict occupants immediately.
• Delivery & Food Drop-Offs: Delivery drivers (Amazon, Skip The Dishes, Uber Eats, etc.) do not have access to the building. You must meet all couriers at the main entrance lobby or outside the front to collect your items.
• No Property Alterations: As temporary guest accommodations, no personal decorations, command strips, painting, wall hangings, furniture, or furniture re-arranging are permitted.
