You’ll also have walking distance access to nearby parks and green spaces, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities in a picturesque setting. Please be aware that smoking, vaping, drugs and pets are strictly prohibited on the premises. This property is not suitable for infants and toddlers.

Fully equipped large kitchen with quality appliances, dishes, cookware, baking equipment, toaster, all utensils, oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, creamers, teas, cocoa & organic coffee. Towels, hair dryer, and basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gels) are provided in the bathroom. We offer hot water on demand. Use of in-suite washer/dryer and detergent/softener are included. The bedroom has a comfortable queen sized mattress, and the sofa bed with a comfortable mattress topper in the living room sleeps. Suite has its own private entry. Note there is a set of 15 stairs to the entrance of the suite. This home is not suitable for parties or events. Overnights are for registered occupants only. There is double insulation above the suite. Plenty of parking space available.
