Close to Moores meadow park if you enjoy wilderness walks, wildlife viewing or snowshoeing. This is a great, quiet neighborhood that is located 4.9kms or 8 minutes from UHNBC and 8.8kms or 12 mins from from the Correctional center if you are stationed there.
Shopping is very close by and you have access to all of the appliances, WIFI, TV,PS4, shared laundry.
No smoking in the house but the deck or patio outside are fine to smoke on.
I work shift work at the Correctional center on a 4&4 pattern so it’s generally super quiet.
