Located in the desirable Thetis Heights neighbourhood of Langford, we are steps from the bus stop yet tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on a private and tranquil property on the edge of the forest. We are just a 30 second walk to the scenic hiking trails of Thetis Lake Regional Park and 5 minutes from the lakeshore where you can enjoy pristine swimming, fishing, and light water sports.
This is a modern and spacious fully equipped one bedroom self-contained suite with a private garden and forest view. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious queen size bed, dresser, closet, blackout blinds and curtains. Parking, wifi, smart tv, and private laundry, all included.
This is a family home, we live upstairs with our 7 year old daughter and 12 year old super friendly black Lab, Guinness. There will be some sound transfer from upstairs to down and you may be greeted in the yard by Guinness during your stay.
