Two Bedroom Home in the Annapolis Valley

A very clean, medium size home that has two bedrooms (one large, one small), one bathroom, a cozy living room and study area with a great kitchen for cooking.

Located in the rural setting of the Annapolis Valley with only a five minute drive to the town of Kentville and 10 minute drive to the university town of Wolfville (pubs, grub, and fun).

We have a large yard and garden for walking and grabbing herbs for dinner. As well as a wonderful view from the back deck for morning coffee or evening beverage.

The home includes a full washer and dryer, with a clothes line as an option. There is ample space and storage. For heating/cooling we have a heat pump on main floor with hot water radiator baseboards throughout.

The bedrooms are warm and cozy for the upcoming winter nights, with dressers and desks.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and cleaning supplies. As well as baseline products to get you started on cooking – i.e. salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.

Although the house is 100 years old, it is very efficient and well insulated. It is cozy, cheerful, and colourful! We love our home and hope you find comfort during your stay.

We are a 10 minute drive to the Valley Regional hospital, a 30 minute drive to the Windsor hospital (Hants Community Hospital), and 30 minutes to the Middleton hospital.
