My wife and I are retired Federal Public Sevice employees and live in White Rock BC. We are responsible, clean, and dedicated to our community. We have a room available in the house that our 21 year old daughter lives in. The home has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and bathroom on the main level. We rent out one of the rooms to another young quiet female, who has 2 cats. My daughter lives in the lower bedroom which has its own ensuite. Shared laundry is also downstairs. There is street parking and the Peace Arch hospital is a 5 minute walk away. All utilities and wifi are included. Room is furnished.
