Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a local Vancouver host and licensed real estate agent, and I live in the same building as this suite with my child. I keep things simple, quiet, and well-maintained — this basement studio has its own private entrance, so you’ll have full independence while still having a responsive, on-site host nearby if you ever need anything. I’ve hosted guests before and understand that after a long shift, you just want a clean, comfortable, low-hassle place to come home to.
