I am proud to open my private, lower-level guest suite exclusively to traveling healthcare and corporate professionals. I live on the upper level and look forward to providing a pristine, reliable, and quiet experience. My Executive private Guest suite is tailored specifically for quiet professionals who need a restful environment. The bedroom is equipped with excellent window coverings for daytime sleep, a dedicated work desk, a private entrance, and a walk-out patio with an unobstructed 180° view of the ocean, Victoria, and the mountains. Amenities & Hospitality Services: The suite includes In-Suite laundry, an indoor kitchen space equipped with a fridge, microwave, air fryer, coffee bar, rice cooker, and slow cooker—perfect for quick shift-work meal prep. For hot meals, you have exclusive year-round use of an outdoor, covered electric BBQ and side cooking plate located on your patio. To maintain a pristine environment, your stay includes complimentary scheduled or occasional cleaning of the suite, a fresh change of linens and towels, patio/BBQ maintenance, and a regular restock of coffee, tea, and basic snacks if desired. Booking Terms & Privacy: We guarantee absolute privacy. Aside from accessing the patio and suite on our mutually agreed cleaning schedule, your assigned quarters are entirely your own. To protect your travel schedule, we offer guaranteed fixed move-in and move-out dates. We accommodate fixed contract blocks of 90+ consecutive days or longer under a standard temporary travel agreement.
