I moved to Penticton in 2021 when my son decided it was time to leave the nest. I’m a professional who travels often for work and initially provided the house for short term rentals on Airbnb & VRO. More recently, I’ve been renting it to traveling nurses and other professionals. The house is only an 8 min walk to the hospital, 2 blocks from Penticton Plaza, which includes Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, a Dollar Store, BC Liquor Store and other amenities. When I’m in Penticton I enjoy walking the KVR trail accessible 2 block from the house, hiking Giants Head & other mountain trails, and skiing up at Apex Mountain Resort, only 30 mins away.
