Located in beautiful Central Saanich, you can enjoy a quiet pace of life just a quick 20-minute drive from downtown Victoria, and less than 10 minutes from Saanich Peninsula Hospital and 15 minutes from Victoria General Hospital.

The space
This is a newly renovated, fully furnished studio space with a free, dedicated parking spot. It’s upstairs, over a garage, so it’s totally private, quiet and self-contained. With bright windows throughout, this is a treat: no cold, dark or damp basement suite vibes here!

The entrance is to the right of the garage, along a little path. There’s a little seating area outside by the entrance for relaxing outside.

We’re located in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood, just a couple of blocks from rural farms and stables. There are lots of places to walk, and Bear Hill is just 10 minutes away, if you’re looking for a hike.

We’re about 3 minutes from Elk Lake (there’s a 10km chip trail for running or walking), and 10 minutes’ drive will take you to either Island View Beach, Cordova Bay, Brentwood Bay or the world famous Butchart Gardens.
