This includes all utilities, basic cleaning service every 2 weeks, and utilities including internet. We are located 5.5km from the Cowichan District Hospital and walking distance to the Quw’utsun Valley Hospital that is under construction, Guests can enjoy the house and surrounding property which include an orchard, garden, private patio with a koi pond and fountain, and an outdoor fire pit. In the winter time, cozy up by the wood stove with your favourite book. This house can take 2 to 4 guests. We have 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, eat in kitchen, a bright livingroom area, and an office space. There are two bedrooms furnished, but the 3rd can be furnished on request. There is parking available for two vehicles at the house. This is a smoke free and pet free property.
